Baseball Divisions
Tee Ball - League Age 4 to 6
Tee Ball is an introductory instructional division focused on learning the fundamentals of baseball. Players are introduced to hitting from a tee, throwing, catching, running bases, and understanding the flow of the game in a fun, supportive environment. Emphasis is placed on participation, confidence, and enjoyment.
Coach Pitch (Minors) - League Age 5 to 8
Coach Pitch continues skill development with live pitching delivered by a coach. Players refine hitting mechanics, defensive skills, and basic game awareness while transitioning toward more structured gameplay. This division emphasizes instruction while beginning to introduce competitive elements. At least one year of tee ball experience is required for league age 5 players.
Player Pitch (Minors) - League Age 8 to 10
Player Pitch introduces kid-pitch baseball in accordance with Little League rules. Players develop pitching, hitting, and defensive skills while learning game strategy, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Pitch counts and safety guidelines are strictly enforced.
Majors - League Age 9 to 12
Majors is a fully competitive baseball division played on a regulation Little League field (46’ pitching distance / 60’ bases). Players continue to build advanced skills in all aspects of the game while competing in a structured league environment.
Intermediate 50/70 (New) - League Age 13
50/70 is a competitive baseball division played on an intermediate field (50’ pitching distance / 70’ base paths).
This division provides a structured transition from Majors to full-size baseball, allowing players to develop advanced skills while adapting to larger field dimensions and game play.
For this season, the 50/70 division will be offered to league age 13-year-old players. Future expansion to additional ages may be considered based on interest and participation. Our goal is to align over time with the full eligible age range if demand supports it.
Note: If registration interest does not meet minimum participation levels, the league may elect to eliminate the 50/70 option, and affected players would be placed into the Juniors Division.
Juniors - League Age 13 to 14
Juniors Baseball is a competitive baseball division played on a full-size 60’ / 90’ field, introducing players to traditional baseball field dimensions. The division emphasizes advanced skill development, game strategy, and preparation for higher levels of competitive baseball.
Seniors - League Age 14 to 16
Seniors Baseball provides the highest level of play within the local Little League program. Games are played on a full-size field, and the division focuses on competitive play, leadership, and continued player development in alignment with Little League International standards.
Softball Divisions
Coach Pitch (Minors) - League Age 5 to 8
Coach Pitch Softball introduces players to the fundamentals of softball through coach-delivered pitching. Players develop hitting, throwing, catching, and fielding skills while learning the basic rules and structure of the game in a supportive environment.
Player Pitch (Minors) - League Age 7 to 11
Player Pitch Softball transitions players to live pitching, following Little League Softball rules. This division emphasizes pitching development, defensive fundamentals, teamwork, and sportsmanship while introducing competitive play.
Majors - League Age 9 to 12
Majors Softball is a competitive division focused on advanced skill development and game strategy. Players compete in a structured league environment that emphasizes fair play, teamwork, and continued growth.
Juniors - League Age 12 to 14
Juniors Softball introduces a higher level of competition, increased pitching distance, and expanded game rules consistent with Little League Softball standards. The division prepares players for advanced play while reinforcing leadership and sportsmanship.
Seniors - League Age 13 to 16
Seniors Softball offers advanced competitive play for older players, focusing on skill refinement, teamwork, and preparation for future softball opportunities. Games are played under Little League Softball rules appropriate to the division.
